Cancellation policy

Sofion Hotel & Resort Solotvino A prepayment of 15% of the room rate is required to guarantee your reservation. Rules for cancellation and prepayment refund: if you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date of your arrival, the payment will be refunded in full, minus 10% of the payment amount by bank transfer to your current account (card) in UAH. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 calendar days in advance, the hotel will not refund the prepayment.
